Orders above € 50.00 and under 10 kg will be send free of shipping costs to one address within the Netherlands.
We also have action periods where we charge no shipping costs. These will be announced via our website and our social media.
We send our products with Post.nl and use the current prices. Shipping costs within the Netherlands or Belgium will be calculated automatically by the web-shop system on weight and size of the product. More information about shipping costs for orders from other countries can be requested via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery – The Netherlands
Usually you will receive your order within two to three business days. When you pay via internet and we receive your payment before 05 pm (17.00 h. GMT +1; local Dutch time) your order will be send within the same business day. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. Normally you will receive your order within two business days, however keep in mind weekends and Holidays will prolong the delivery time.
Delivery – Rest of the world
When you pay via internet and we receive your payment before 5 pm (17.00 h. UTC +1 local Dutch time) your order will be send within the same business day. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Depending on the destination it takes seven to fourteen (business) days to get your order shipped to your address. Shipping fees will not be refunded to orders with incorrect or irrelevant shipping address. Some countries require import tax, duties, VAT, et cetera, we will not be responsible for these charges.
Returns and exchange
It’s always possible a product doesn’t meet your expectations. That’s why you can return a product within fourteen days of purchase, without mentioning of a reason.
Sorry, no refund on shipping - buyer must pay for all shipping and handling costs. Also, a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returns. When we receive the purchase unharmed in the original packaging (like new), we will send the purchase price back to you.
Please include a detailed message with your name, address and bank account number.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel insured or at least with a tracking number because we will not be responsible for lost shipments. Upon receiving the returned items, it may take up to four weeks for us to issue a credit.
Sorry, no refund on action items, items with discount or items for which we temporary don’t charge shipping costs.

Cancelling or changing

All our prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated separately. For detailed information about shipping costs navigate back to the top of this page. We don’t charge any transaction costs and there are no other hidden costs.
We have different secure payment options.

- You can pay via PayPal
- You can transfer the amount in advance
- You can pay when you pick up the product in Amsterdam
Paying is free of additional fees, no matter which payment option you choose. Ordering and paying always happens in a secure internet environment (see ‘safety and privacy’ below). If you transfer in advance you can use the following bank account information, ING bank account number 6060683 on the name of Club of Orange at Amsterdam, BANK: ING BANK HOLDING. BIC: INGBNL2A. IBAN/SEPA: NL32INGB0006060683. Please be aware that you are responsible for possible extra costs calculated by your bank. When your payment is transferred to our account we will send your order. If you transfer via internet we mostly have the payment the same day and will send your order as soon as possible.
Security and privacy
There is a secure connection between you and NoToys during the payment process provided by industry-standard SSL. Your payment is transmitted across the internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to us. All this is done automatically; you don’t have to do a thing. A secure SSL connection can be identified by:
- A green or blue address bar in your browser
- The "lock" by the address bar or the status bar of your browser
- 'https' instead of 'http' before the site URL address
- There is a security certificate in your address bar, click on the "lock" to see it.
NoToys handles your personal information carefully and confidential. All information like order history, address information, et cetera, will be saved on a secure server. We don't transfer or sell your information to others, no really we don’t!
We can imagine that you want to see and feel our products before you buy them. On our ‘Where to buy’ page you can find a shop close to you.
